OB Hospitalist Physician Opportunity in Las Colinas, TX
Assignment Details:
Located in Las Colinas, TX; Dallas 20m
Full-time/Part-Time/PRN options available
Hospital-based practice with 24-hour shifts
At least six shifts per month is considered full-time
No traditional on-call responsibilities
Flexible and predictable scheduling designed to support work-life balance
Minimum average of 6 shifts per month (18 shifts per quarter)
Collaborative hospitalist model with strong physician and operational support
Practice Environment:
Cohesive and team-oriented OB Hospitalist group
Dedicated first assist support for hospitalists and private physicians
Reliable backup call system in place
Highly experienced Labor & Delivery, nursing, and operational teams
Hospital-based care model focused exclusively on inpatient obstetrical and gynecologic coverage
Collaborative environment with emphasis on communication, teamwork, and patient safety
Clinical Responsibilities:
Provide emergency obstetrical care
Manage OBED and unassigned obstetrical patients
Provide gynecologic emergency coverage
Assist with private physician emergencies and deliveries
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality maternal care
Deliver evidence-based and patient-centered inpatient OB/GYN care

Candidate Requirements:
MD or DO
Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Eligible for unrestricted Texas medical licensure
Strong obstetrical and gynecologic clinical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Comfortable in a fast-paced hospital-based setting
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed hourly compensation of $170 per hour
