Minnesota - OB/GYN Opportunity – $380K+ Base + 1:4 Call + 6 Weeks PTO

• Well-established, physician-led group seeking a full-time OB/GYN to join a collaborative team of 1 OB/GYN, 1 FM/OB physician, and 2 CNMs. This is a great opportunity to step into a busy, balanced practice with strong support and surgical flexibility.

Position Highlights:

• 50/50 OB & GYN mix with opportunity to grow a high-volume surgical practice if desired
• Full-scope women’s health: prenatal care, high-risk OB, gynecologic surgery, infertility, menopause care, and more
• 1:4 call supporting a 4-bed L&D unit and ED
• ~225 deliveries/year
• Strong referral network from 7 clinics serving a population of ~70,000
• Level III Trauma Center (Level I within 1 hour)
• EPIC EMR

Compensation & Benefits:

• $380,000+ guaranteed base (first 2 years) + wRVU production upside
• Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance
• 6 weeks PTO
