Locums – Manchester, New Hampshire | OB Hospitalist
Clinical Role
- Inpatient OB Hospitalist coverage only (no clinic work)
- Physician responsible for ER coverage
- Hospital has a 24/7 midwife model: always a physician and midwife in house
- Hospital handles ~1000 deliveries per year (2–3 per day)
- Physicians may perform circumcisions (preferred)
- D&C for miscarriages performed; no elective terminations
- 24-hour shifts: 7 AM – 7 AM
- Unrestricted call required

October (2026): 10/9, 10/11, 10/12, 10/13, 10/31 November (2026): 11/18 GYN, 11/22, 11/25 December (2026): 12/1, 12/2, 12/5, 12/6, 12/9 GYN, 12/10, 12/20, 12/22, 12/24, 12/25, 12/26 January (2027): 1/3, 1/5, 1/6 GYN, 1/8, 1/12, 1/13 GYN, 1/15, 1/16, 1/17, 1/18, 1/23, 1/24, 1/30, 1/31 February (2027): 2/1, 2/2, 2/3 GYN, 2/5, 2/6, 2/7, 2/9, 2/10 GYN, 2/12, 2/13, 2/14, 2/15, 2/16, 2/17 GYN, 2/19, 2/20, 2/21, 2/23, 2/24 GYN, 2/26, 2/27, 2/28

- Coverage is inpatient-only
- Midwife always present; collaborative model
- Physicians should be comfortable with deliveries, ER consults, circumcisions, and D&C for miscarriage
