The Women’s Hospital at TriStar Centennial is expanding its OB Hospitalist (Laborist) team and invites Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYNs to join one of Tennessee’s most advanced women’s hospitals. This hospital-employed opportunity offers the chance to practice high-acuity obstetrics in a state-of-the-art setting, supported by 24/7 specialty coverage and a deeply collaborative care model.
Enjoy true flexibility with 12- or 24-hour shifts, customizable contracts, and double coverage around the clock alongside experienced OB physicians and CNMs—all while covering one facility only. With more than 3,300 deliveries annually, a Level III NICU, and immediate access to MFMs, neonatologists, and OB anesthesia, you’ll have everything needed to deliver exceptional care.

Job Responsibilities

*Our new OBGYN emergency room is staffed with specialists, a committed care team and state-of-the-art technology
*24/7 double coverage provided by a mix of OBGYN physicians and CNMs
*Flexible schedule - option of 12 or 24 hour shifts
*Full time - seven 24 hour shifts or fourteen 12 hour shifts
*Flexible contract terms
*Cover one facility only
