OBGYN Opportunity – California’s Monterey Bay | Up to $400K + $100K Sign-On
Join a collaborative, patient-centered OBGYN team on California’s scenic Monterey Bay. This is a growth position within a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model, offering strong mentorship, flexible practice structure, and an exceptional coastal lifestyle.
Practice Highlights:
- 3–4 clinic days/week + post-call day
- Shared call (1:6–7), call from home
- ~4–6 call shifts/month + limited in-house coverage
- CNMs handle their own deliveries
- Team includes CNMs, OB hospitalists, and experienced physicians
- Mentorship available; new grads welcome
Facility:
- Regional medical center with consistent “A” safety grades
- Modern birthing center | 700–800 deliveries/year
- Level III NICU + 24/7 anesthesia + dedicated OB ED
Compensation & Benefits:
- Up to $400K base + productivity
- $100K sign-on + $20K relocation
- PSLF-eligible + student loan support
