Job description
Ongoing OB/GYN locums need with flexible scheduling, manageable volumes, and a quick start—ideal for physicians looking to lock in consistent work without high-risk cases.
We will license with an IMLC!
Position Highlights:
- Flexible scheduling: choose call, clinic, or a mix
- 5–6 24-hour call shifts per month
- Optional 1–8 clinic days per month
- Light patient volumes with strong support staff
- Ongoing assignment with quick start available
Call Details:
- 24-hour call shifts
- In-house support during daytime hours (8:30a–4p) for triage
- Offsite call overnight (must be within 30 minutes)
- Average ~30 births/month across 5 providers
- Must be comfortable with emergency procedures
Clinic Details:
- 8:30a–4p schedule
- 12–18 patients per day
- 70% OB / 30% GYN mix
- Experienced, all-female clinical support team
Practice Setting:
- Community hospital + outpatient clinic
- No high-risk OB cases
- Collaborative, supportive environment
Requirements:
- Board Certified OB/GYN
- Minnesota license (or IMLC)
- ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA accepted)
- DEA required
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Comfortable with TOLAC
Additional Details:
- EMR: Meditech Expanse (Epic experience helpful)
- CRNA and NNP support on-call
- Credentialing: ~60 days
