- Position: OBGYN
- Location: Santa Cruz, CA or Redwood City, CA
- Schedule:
- 3-4 clinic days per week + post-call day
- 1-2 call shifts per week (4-6 per month, CALL FROM HOME)
- Various schedules available:
- Full-Time hospital based
- Full-Time full scope clinic & hospital based
- Call: Shared call: 1:6-7 with internal docs
- Hospitalist always present + OBGYN
- EMR: Cerner
- Patient load: 15-20 (Everyone starts with a slow ramp up)
- Job Requirements:
- BC or BE in OBGYN
- New grads welcome
- Compensation:
- Base - 375-400K
- Productivity bonus
- Support: 7 CNMs in clinic, 1 full-scope physician, 1 GYN/surg physician, hospitalists
- Credentialing: Up to 90 days (If they have CA license, can start sooner)
