Position Overview
An established Jacksonville-based practice is seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join its team. This opportunity is open to physicians completing residency as well as experienced providers. The role offers a balanced lifestyle with strong clinical support and the ability to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
About the Practice
This Jacksonville-based team is dedicated to delivering exceptional and compassionate women’s healthcare, offering a full spectrum of obstetrics and gynecology services in a supportive environment.
Team includes 6 board-certified OB/GYNs and 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
Office hours: Monday–Thursday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Friday (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
On-call schedule: 24-hour coverage (8:00 AM – 8:00 AM)
Option to practice at more than one location
Work-life balance supported by 24/7 hospitalist team coverage
Qualifications & Requirements
MD or DO degree
Unrestricted state medical license (or ability to obtain)
Unrestricted DEA license (or ability to obtain)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (ABOG or AOBOG)
Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
