Compensation: $325,000 – $410,000
Call Schedule: 1:4
She Recruits is representing a hospital-employed OB/GYN opportunity within a well-supported women’s health service line.
This full-scope role offers balanced obstetrics and gynecology responsibilities with shared call coverage.
Practice Overview
- Established OB/GYN team
- Strong referral base
- Dedicated labor and delivery unit
- Access to surgical suites and support staff
Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN care
- Manage prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care
- Perform gynecologic surgeries
- Participate in 1:4 shared call rotation
- Collaborate with nursing and surgical teams
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Eligible for Indiana licensure
