Position Overview We are seeking a full-time OB/GYN physician to join a large, well-established women’s health group in El Paso, Texas. This role is based at a flagship regional delivery hospital recognized for its high-level maternal and neonatal care designations and strong reputation for comprehensive women’s services. The environment offers a high-acuity clinical setting supported by extensive specialty resources and a collaborative, subspecialty-rich team. Why This Role Stands Out You’ll join a large OB/GYN practice that includes 18 OB/GYN physicians, 4 urogynecology specialists, and 7 advanced practice providers. The practice is structured to support physician well-being with robust APP coverage and a well-organized call system that limits disruptions to nights and weekends. A dedicated OB hospitalist program manages all OB emergency department cases, significantly reducing inpatient call burden. This is an opportunity to practice at a high level within a resource-rich institution that also serves as a major teaching site for medical students and residents.
