OB/GYN Physician | San Luis Obispo County, California
Join an established community-based OB/GYN practice on California’s Central Coast with a stable patient base, modern clinical resources, and strong APP support.
Position Highlights
- Established group with multiple physicians and APP support
- Average of approximately 80 deliveries per month across the group
- Clinical mix of 70% OB and 30% GYN
- Access to Da Vinci robotic surgery
- On-site ultrasound and efficient EMR
- Modern clinical resources and established patient base
- Shared 1:5 call rotation with additional backup call structure available for additional compensation
Compensation & Benefits
The position offers a guaranteed salary plus RVU production incentives, with additional earnings through quality bonuses, APP oversight, and paid call, along with a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, up to $100,000 in student loan repayment, and comprehensive benefits including malpractice, retirement plans, PTO, and CME.
Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Eligible for or currently holding a California medical license
- Interest in a balanced OB/GYN practice within a team-based setting
