OB/GYN Opportunity in Ashland, KY
A leading regional healthcare system serving eastern Kentucky and southern Ohio is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physician to join a well-established, hospital-employed group. This is an excellent opportunity to practice the full scope of obstetrics and gynecology in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Practice Details
Full-time employed OB/GYN position
Join a growing team of OB/GYNs and certified nursing staff
Balanced schedule including outpatient clinic, surgery, and labor & delivery
1:5 shared call rotation
Flexible schedule with six weeks of time off
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide full-scope obstetrics and gynecology care
Perform deliveries and gynecologic surgeries
Manage prenatal, postnatal, and preventive women’s health care
Utilize robotic-assisted surgical technology as needed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
Support & Resources
Modern LDRP suites and dedicated ORs for GYN procedures
Access to robotic-assisted surgery technology
Support from experienced laborists, anesthesiologists, and pediatric hospitalists
Strong referral network across a large regional service area
Compensation & Benefits
$400,000 salary guarantee plus wRVU productivity and quality incentives

Requirements
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Eligible for Kentucky medical licensure
