Details:

• General OBGYN with deliveries and gynecologic surgery
• Standard clinic schedule (36 patient facing hours + 4 hours of admin time)
• Shared call rotation among physicians: 1:7
• 7 OBGYN physicians, 1 GYN APP, and 1 CNM
• Dedicated nursing support
• Cerner EMR with Dragon dictation + Ambient AI for charting

L&D:

• Group manages high risk pregnancies up to 32 weeks gestation
• Level II nursery on site
• L&D, postpartum, nursery, and C-section operating rooms are all located on the same floor
• L&D is located across the hall from postpartum care
• High risk transfers requiring advanced neonatal support are transferred to a Level III NICU (1-2 hours by ground) or a Level IV NICU (45 minutes by helicopter) using established protocols
