Salary: $300,000 to $410,000 annually

Job Overview
The OB/GYN Physician provides full scope obstetrics and gynecology care, including prenatal care, labor and delivery, postpartum care, gynecologic exams, preventive women’s health, minimally invasive procedures, and chronic condition management.
Physicians follow a structured schedule of 3 outpatient clinic days and 1 hospital call shift per week. During non call weeks, physicians transition to 4 clinic days. Participation in call rotation is required.
Hospital Call Responsibilities
- OB postpartum rounds and patient discharges
- Scheduled cesarean sections, typically 0 to 2 per day
- Management of laboring patients for vaginal or cesarean deliveries
- Admission of new labor patients
- ER consults for abnormal vaginal bleeding
- Surgical management of ectopic pregnancies
- Gynecologic admissions and hospital consults
- Morning physician sign out at 8:00 AM
- The hospital averages 120 to 135 deliveries per month, providing consistent procedural volume and strong obstetric experience.
Physicians collaborate closely with primary care providers, family medicine physicians, advanced practice providers, and specialty referral partners to deliver coordinated women’s healthcare. Additional responsibilities include hospital rounds, quality improvement initiatives, peer review, supervision of advanced practice providers when applicable, and participation in population health programs.
