Join an established, physician-led women's health practice in South Jersey, less than 30 minutes from Philadelphia. This full-scope OB/GYN opportunity offers strong clinical resources, schedule variety, and a defined path to partnership. New graduates and experienced physicians are welcome.
The Opportunity:
* Join a collaborative team of physicians, midwives, and experienced support staff.
* Practice full-scope OB/GYN with flexibility to develop your preferred clinical and surgical mix.
* Step into established patient demand with efficient three-hour clinic blocks averaging 12-14 patients.
* Perform general GYN surgery, minimally invasive procedures, and robotic-assisted cases, with robotics and MIGS mentorship available.
* Shared call with midwives participating in the rotation; call is taken from home.
* Benefit from in-house laborist support, resident assistance with ED consults, 24/7 MFM and OB anesthesia, a Level III NICU, robotic surgery, and multiple OB ORs.
* Guaranteed base salary plus a partnership track with proven earning potential exceeding $500K.
