SSM Health Dean Medical Group is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN to join a collaborative, patient-centered team in Janesville, Wisconsin. • State-of-the-art surgical environment featuring the Xi Da Vinci robotic platform w/ dedicated access
• EPIC EMR w/ DAX Copilot documentation support
• Onsite urogynecology services for seamless collaboration & comprehensive patient care
• Dedicated Nurse Practitioner first assist available for surgical cases
• Patient-first culture focused on quality outcomes
• Strong physician leadership through dyad leadership model
Schedule
• Choose between a traditional 4-day workweek or a shift-based model of 7-8 24-hour shifts per month
• 500+ deliveries
• Collaborative team environment w/ strong clinical & operational support
Compensation
• Competitive base salary starting at $400K+, w/ negotiation based on experience
• Sign-on bonus starting at $50K
• Relocation assistance provided
• Comprehensive benefits package including retirement, CME support, & PTO
