A regional hospital in Paris, Texas is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN to join a thriving and established women’s health practice. Physicians have the option to join the independent group practice or pursue a hospital-employed model, offering flexibility to match individual career goals.
Position Highlights
• Opportunity to join an established women’s health practice with a strong reputation in the community
• Current team includes one OB/GYN physician and a Certified Nurse Midwife
• Two additional independent OB/GYN physicians practicing in the community
• Full-scope OB/GYN practice including both inpatient and outpatient care
• Anticipated personal delivery volume of approximately 15–20 deliveries per month
• Shared call schedule of 1:4
• Structured schedule with clinic in the mornings and operating room or deliveries in the afternoons
Practice Environment
• Dedicated Labor and Delivery unit
• Experienced OB nursing team
• Collaborative midwifery support
• 24/7 anesthesia availability
• Access to minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgery
• Approximately 80 deliveries per month at the hospital
• Level III Trauma designation supporting comprehensive maternal safety
• ICU and advanced surgical services available on-site
Candidate Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Commitment to providing comprehensive women’s health care
• Strong communication and collaborative clinical skills
