THE OPPORTUNITY
Join a well-established, physician-led women's health group in one of
the fastest-growing metro areas in the United States. This is a quality-
of-life practice offering a strong mix of OB and GYN, a laborist program
to protect your nights and weekends, and a collaborative team environment
with midwives and NPs. All experience levels welcome.

- Employed group practice — defined need
- Full mix of OB and GYN
- Work with 3 OB/GYNs, midwives, and NPs
- Laborist program in place — quality of life protected
- Modern 400-bed hospital with robotic surgery available
- Minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgical options
- Comprehensive women's health services
- Quality-of-life practice design — not a grind
- Strong referral base and subspecialty support
- All experience levels welcome

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Competitive base salary plus guaranteed annual bonus
- Production / profit sharing / equity opportunity
- Expected earnings of $400,000 – $500,000+ depending on work ethic
- Sign-on bonus or stipend of $100,000
- Malpractice insurance coverage
- PTO and paid CME time with annual allowance
- 401(k) with employer matching
- Full healthcare insurance coverage

- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
