A leading integrated health system in Western New York is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN to join a collaborative women’s health team in a modern community hospital setting. This is an outstanding opportunity to join an established program with strong clinical support, modern facilities, and a collaborative care model.

Position Highlights
- Full-scope OB/GYN practice
- Bread-and-butter obstetrics and gynecology
- Prenatal care, deliveries, and gynecologic surgery
- Dedicated OR block time
- DaVinci robotic surgical technology available
- Integrated midwife program with physician collaboration
- Dedicated OR suite located on Labor & Delivery within a modern, state-of-the-art facility
- Approximately 700 births annually, providing strong clinical volume and continuity of care
- Balanced call structure with a first-call system and backup coverage for support

- 6 OB/GYN physicians
- 6 Advanced Practice Providers
- 2 dedicated laborists
Compensation & Benefits
- $390,000 – $406,000+ base salary
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
