Seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN physician for locum coverage at UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital in Longmont, Colorado.
• The physician will provide hospital-based obstetrics and gynecology coverage including labor and delivery management, urgent gynecologic procedures, and patient care.
• The role includes scheduled hospital coverage and 24-hour in-house call shifts.

Job Responsibilities
• Average Patients per Physician per Day: 4–5 (hospital)
• Average Deliveries per Physician per Week: 3–4
• Average OB/GYN Surgeries per Week: 1–4 emergent
• Case Mix:
Low Risk Pregnancy: 70%
High Risk Pregnancy: 30%
C-Section Rate: ~21%
• OB/GYN Group: 7 physicians and 4 mid-level providers
• Lab and Ultrasound services available onsite
• Nursery Level: Level II (transfer capability to higher-level NICU)
• EMR System: Epic Systems
• Locum physician supervision of other providers: Not required
Qualifications
• Active Colorado Medical License or Active IMLC Letter of Qualification
• Current BLS and ACLS Certifications
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
• Must be able to perform all required OB/GYN procedures
• Self-Query NPDB report within the last 30 days
Working Hours
• Call Schedule: Approximately 4 call shifts per month
• Call Type: 24-hour in-house call
• Weekend coverage required
