OBGYN Opening in Paris, TX Dallas 100m Join a thriving, independent, established women’s health practice or become hospital employed - whichever best fits your career goals! * Established group practice with strong community reputation * Current team: 1 OB/GYN + Certified Nurse Midwife * 2 additional independent OB/GYNs in the community * Full-scope OB/GYN (Inpatient & Outpatient) * Anticipated 15-20 deliveries per month personally * 1:4 shared call rotation * Structured schedule: Clinic in the mornings; OR/Deliveries in the afternoons Hospital supports approximately 80 deliveries per month, offering physicians a strong, consistent OB volume while maintaining a manageable call schedule. The hospital provides: * Dedicated Labor & Delivery unit * Experienced OB nursing team * Collaborative midwifery support * 24/7 anesthesia availability * Level III Trauma designation for comprehensive maternal safety * ICU and advanced surgical services on-site * Access to minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgery * With a stable patient base and supportive infrastructure, physicians can practice full-scope OB/GYN with confidence and efficiency.
