OB/GYN Hospitalist Medical Director Tampa, Florida We are seeking a dynamic OB/GYN Hospitalist Medical Director to lead an established OB/GYN hospitalist program in Tampa. This is a high-impact leadership role for a physician passionate about clinical excellence, team development, and advancing women’s healthcare in a collaborative hospital environment. As Medical Director, you’ll oversee a skilled team of OB/GYN hospitalists while partnering closely with experienced clinical and operational leaders who specialize in building and sustaining successful OB/GYN hospitalist programs. With comprehensive onboarding and leadership training, you’ll be fully supported to grow, lead confidently, and thrive. Position Highlights
- Sign-on bonus up to $30,000
- Competitive compensation plus medical director stipend
- Excellent work-life balance: 6–7 24-hour in-house shifts per month
