Obstetrics & Gynecology Opening – Mount Airy, North Carolina
Location: Mount Airy, NC
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join a well-established, patient-centered women’s health practice in Mount Airy, North Carolina. This opportunity offers comprehensive clinical practice, strong hospital support, and an excellent lifestyle in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Position Highlights:
Join a collaborative and growing five-provider women’s health team
Full-spectrum Obstetrics and Gynecology practice
Monday–Friday clinic schedule, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Average clinic volume of approximately 20 patients per day when not on call
Predictable 1:3 call schedule (one week every three weeks)
Physicians must reside within 20 minutes of the hospital for call coverage
Seven-day operating room access with early morning block time available multiple days per week
Practice focused on patient-centered, comprehensive women’s healthcare
Clinical Scope:
Full-spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care
Preventive women’s health and annual exams
Contraceptive counseling and IUD placement/removal
Management of abnormal bleeding, endometriosis, urinary incontinence, and menopausal care
Obstetric care including fetal stress testing and 3D/4D ultrasound
Cesarean sections performed on LDRP unit
On-site breastfeeding education and women’s health classes
Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
Strong commitment to quality patient care and teamwork
Ability to participate in shared call coverage
