Job description
We are seeking Board Certified OB to join PPE Physicians’ Practice Enhancement, LLC at St. Peter’s Hospital – New Brunswick, NJ for a long-term engagement (1–2 years). This opportunity supports a Level IV NICU and a high-volume OB service functioning similarly to a Women’s & Children’s hospital.
Start Date: March 1
Credentialing: Emergency credentialing available

Positions Needed
- OB Coverage – Very High-Volume Service
Compensation
-
OB Coverage: $300/hour
Schedule
12-Hour Shifts
-
Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
-
Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-
Weekends: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Commitment Expectations:

Preferred: 4–5 days per week
-
Minimum: 24 hours (2 shifts) per week plus 1 overnight call
Clinical Details

Must have minimum 1 year pediatric experience (ages 0–2 required)

OB service is very high volume and operates similarly to a Women’s & Children’s hospital
Documentation / EMR

Anesthesia records are paper-based (billing slip completed and scanned)

Paragon used for pre-op and post-op review
-
Epic expected to be implemented next year
Requirements

Board Certification REQUIRED
-
Minimum 1 year pediatric anesthesia experience (ages 0–2)

Active New Jersey Medical License

Active DEA Registration
-
New Jersey CDS License
-
ACLS & BLS
-
PALS
-
1–2 Peer References (verbal or written; expedited accepted)
