Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $300K plus productivity bonuses
- Sign-on & relocation bonus: $100K

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
