OB-GYN – Locum Tenens
Location: Newark, NJ
Start Date: Ongoing Coverage
Coverage Type: Labor & Delivery Night Coverage
Schedule & Setting
- 24 hours per week
- Two (2) 12-hour shifts
- Monday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Thursday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- No call required
Patient Volume
- 3–5 deliveries per shift
- 0–1 Cesarean delivery per shift
Clinical Responsibilities
- Vaginal deliveries
- Cesarean deliveries
- D&C procedures
- Laparoscopy / Laparotomy
- Labor and Delivery coverage
Practice Model
- Work alongside 3 Residents and 1 Midwife
- Collaborative L&D team environment
Support & Care Model
- Resident and Midwife support present
EMR
- EPIC
- Clinic and hospital utilize the same system
Requirements
- Board Certified OB-GYN (Required)
