Required Skills:
- Valid medical license and board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Proven experience in women's health, prenatal care, and surgical procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust with patients
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
- Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient clinic setting
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Completion of a Certified Residency Program in OB-GYN
Other Requirements:
- Successful completion of applicable licensure, certification, and background checks
- Willingness to participate in a 7 on/7 off rotation model preferred
- Compliance with all healthcare regulations and continuing education requirements
- Reimbursements for travel, licensure, and certification as applicable
