Physicians join an established, collaborative women's health team with 5 OBGYNs, 6 Midwives and 5 NPs, allowing for balanced workloads and high-quality care. The practice features DaVinci Xi robot, advanced technology, streamlined OR operations, and 24/7 in-house anesthesia coverage to support efficient, patient-centered care. With predictable clinic hours, and academic affiliation options, this role is ideal for physicians seeking both professional fulfillment and balanced lifestyle.
Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights
- Integrated healthcare system with 10 hospitals and 300+ clinics
- 126-bed, state-of-the-art full-service hospital
- Join a collaborative team of 5 OB/GYNs, 5 NPs, and 6 midwives
- Modern L&D unit with 5 LDR suites, 11 postpartum rooms, and swing beds
- Triage rooms and dedicated OR within the birthing center
- System leader in OR turnaround times
- Advanced technology including DaVinci Xi robot, 19 exam rooms, and 2 ultrasound units
- In-house anesthesia and CRNAs providing 24/7 epidural coverage with sleep room
- Monday-Friday clinic schedule, 8:00am-5:00pm
- 6 days of call per month at a single hospital; post-call day off
- Additional call opportunities with extra compensation
- Optional academic affiliation with a prestigious university (Georgetown)
