Rates: $225/hr

Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: 2.5 days of clinic, 1 surgery day per week, and a 1:4 call rotation.

Clinical Environment & Support

You will work within a modern, integrated care team designed to create efficiency for providers and high engagement for patients.

• Team Composition: You will work alongside 1 other OB/GYN and 2 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) on-site.

• Extended Support: Access to a comprehensive care team including LCSWs, lactation consultants, and educators.

• Clinic Details: Average patient volume of 25–30 per day; each provider is assigned a dedicated Medical Assistant (MA).

• Hospital Setting: Acute Care Hospital with 14 L&D beds.

Responsibilities

• Full-Scope Care: Provide outpatient obstetrical and gynecological care and perform various gynecological surgeries.

• Collaborative Call: Provide backup call coverage for CNM hospitalists on a 1:4 schedule.

• Labor & Delivery: Manage 24/7 emergency care, including high-risk pregnancies and complications.

• Surgical Proficiency: Must be comfortable with D&C, Ectopic Pregnancy management, and Cesarean sections.

  • Note: CNMs are surgical first-assist trained and handle primary deliveries.

Provider Requirements

• Board Status: Board Certified in OB/GYN (Required).

• Licensure: Active Texas Medical License is required.

  • Will consider IMLC candidates and those willing to license.

• Certifications: Active DEA is required.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using innovative tech platforms to drive patient engagement and clinic efficiency.
