OB Hospitalist | 8 Shifts/Month | Jonesboro, Arkansas

Join a well-supported OB hospitalist team in Jonesboro offering a true shift-based model with no clinic responsibilities.

Position Highlights

• Work alongside laborists, OBs, and 24/7 NP support in a collaborative inpatient setting
• Level III NICU, in-house OB anesthesia, and pediatric hospitalist support
• Approximately 1,700-1,800 deliveries annually, with ~1,000 managed by the hospitalist team
• Dedicated OB ED and OR access on the floor
• Centralized fetal monitoring and strong interdisciplinary collaboration
• Dedicated rest areas and an established inpatient support structure

Schedule & Call

• 8 in-house 24-hour shifts per month
• Flexibility to pick up additional shifts
• No clinic responsibilities
• Additional shifts available at an increased hourly rate

Compensation & Benefits

• $190/hour with annual earnings around $437,000 based on standard shifts
• Additional shifts paid at $215/hour
• Sign-on bonus, relocation, and student loan assistance available
• Full benefits including retirement plans with match, malpractice with tail coverage, and CME allowance

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Experience preferred, with consideration for physicians coming out of training
• Comfortable managing labor and delivery, OB emergencies, and inpatient care
• Visa sponsorship available
