Director of Ambulatory Care Responsibilities
Oversee and mentor clinical providers on standards of care and professionalism
Monitor and improve clinical outcomes
Develop and manage provider schedules to ensure appropriate coverage
Educate staff on treatment protocols and care delivery as needed
Support compliance with documentation and billing requirements
Ensure appropriate instrumentation and supplies for ambulatory services
Collaborate with departmental leadership on additional initiatives

Minimally invasive and gynecologic surgery
Teaching and supervision of residents and learners

Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency
Minimum 5 years post-training experience
Leadership experience strongly preferred
Ability to obtain Maryland medical license and DEA
Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills

Guaranteed base salary: $325,000 – $375,000
