- Outpatient only FQHC setting
- Permanent full-time OB/GYN physician
- Community Health Center in great location
- 5-day a week schedule 8:30 - 5:00
- Every other Saturday clinic hours
- See 18-20 patients per day

- $300,000 - $350,000 negotiable range
