OB Hospitalist Opportunity in Fort Smith, AR
Assignment Details
Full-time OB Hospitalist position
Specialty: Obstetrics & Gynecology
Dedicated Labor & Delivery and OB Emergency Department coverage
24-hour in-house shifts
No general floor, gynecology, or main emergency department responsibilities
High-volume obstetrics service with approximately 220–270 births per month
Laborists manage approximately 30–50 deliveries per month
Certified Nurse Midwives manage approximately 10% of deliveries
Two dedicated operating rooms on Labor & Delivery
Access to additional main ORs as needed
In-house anesthesia and neonatology coverage 24/7
Maternal-Fetal Medicine support available virtually around the clock
System-wide Epic EMR
