Coverage Type: Locum Tenens
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Assignment Details
- Setting: Inpatient NICU – Level III
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Coverage Needs: Weekdays and/or weekends
- Priority: Weekend coverage
- Call: None
- In-House Only: No call backs
Clinical Environment
- High-acuity Level III NICU
- Must be comfortable working alongside CNMs
- High-risk patient workload expected
Required Certifications
- BLS (AHA)
- PALS (AHA)
- NICA membership (documentation/receipts required)
Experience Requirements (Initial Appointment)
Candidates must meet one of the following:
Option 1
- At least 50 deliveries in the past 12 months, including:
- Minimum 5 C-sections
- At least 25 gynecologic surgical procedures in the past 12 months, including:
- Minimum 10 major gynecologic open or endoscopic cases
OR
Option 2
- Successful completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency, fellowship, or clinical research program within the past 12 months
