The Opportunity
OB Hospitalist Group (OBHG) Site Directors serve in a dual clinical and leadership role, ensuring their program meets clinical, operational, and financial objectives while guiding and supporting the hospitalist team.
As a member of the OBHG leadership team, the Site Director reports to the Medical Director of Operations (MDO) and partners closely with hospital leadership to deliver high-quality patient care, maintain strong relationships, and oversee program performance. Responsibilities include working five or more OB/GYN Hospitalist shifts per month and traveling as needed to support hospital and operational priorities.

OB/GYN Hospitalist Program
OBHG OB/GYN Hospitalists are the in-house experts who manage obstetric emergencies and collaborate closely with community obstetricians to ensure safe, consistent care for every patient who presents to the hospital.
This role is ideal for OB/GYNs with strong clinical and communication skills, a commitment to quality improvement, and an interest in leadership. OBHG is a clinician-centered organization offering excellent work-life balance. Full-time hospitalists typically work seven 24-hour shifts per month, with no clinic responsibilities, no on-call duty, and no office management.
