Physician & Clinician - NP/PA
Job Details:
• Join a fun, collaborative team of 14 physicians, 4 genetic counselors, 11 APPs, and 35 other team members who are willing to help each other accomplish patient goals • Women's Health and Infertility experience preferred • Performs surgical assistance duties in addition to other job responsibilities • NP/PA typically works independently and consults with MD; paired with an MD for OB care • 0.8 FTE position at the 1st Street Building • Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (variable) • 100% clinic work - No Call • Estimated procedures per day: 2 • Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills • Works both independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Provides health care to individuals and families across age ranges • Emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention • Requires high level of customer service skills • Education requirements: Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program • NP requirements: Current RN licensure and NP licensure in appropriate state, CPR certification, national certification in applicable area • PA requirements: Current PA licensure in appropriate state, CPR certification, national certification • Successful completion of credentialing process prior to practice
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
