$290,000 Start-Up Incentives + Residency Stipend + Flexible Scheduling

Compensation & Incentives
Total Start-Up Package: $290,000, including:
- Up to $200,000 Incentive Loan
- $90,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $2,000/month Living Stipend for 12 Months (Residents/Fellows)
- wRVU Production Compensation with potential for ~$80,000+ annually
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness Eligible (non-profit employer)

Practice Overview
- Join 4 Physicians, 1 Midwife, and 2 Nurse Practitioners
- Flexible scheduling:
- Choose to work or not work post-call
- Customize your clinic hours
- Single-hospital coverage
- Home call (Weekday 1:5; 1:5 weekends) — enjoy family time or local activities while on call
- OB wRVUs shared equally; keep your own GYN wRVUs
- Strong patient demand allows you to be as busy as you choose

Clinic Environment
- Each physician has a dedicated MA
- Dedicated triage nurse for calls and new OB education
- Integrated EMR across clinic and hospital
- In-office technology & services include:
- Two 3D ultrasounds + 2 ultrasound technologists
- BPP, NST, SIS
- IUD, Nexplanon, colposcopy, LEEP
- Fertility workups including HSG & ovulation induction
- NP offering genetic counseling & pessary management
Operating Room
- Dedicated OR block time
- Da Vinci Xi Robot (training provided if needed)
- 9 ORs, including dedicated robotic suite
- Procedures include robotic & laparoscopic hysterectomy, endometrial ablation, traditional laparoscopy, and urogynecology cases
Labor & Delivery
- ~800 deliveries annually
- Level II nursing; 32+ week deliveries
- Med/Peds hospitalist attends all C-sections
- Strong MFM consultation network
- C-section OR suite on L&D
- No VBACs
