This regional medical center is a well-established healthcare provider serving the community with comprehensive women's health services. The facility features 16 LDRP rooms and 11 postpartum beds, operating as a Level 3 trauma center, ensuring quality care for patients throughout the Arkansas River Valley region.
Opportunity:
Board Certification Eligible - Obstetrics and Gynecology
Job Details:
• Manage approximately 20 patient encounters per shift • Handle low-risk pregnancies requiring comprehensive care • Perform FHR interpretation including NST/CST/FSE techniques • Conduct and interpret OB ultrasounds (both Level I/Screening and Level II/Targeted) • Perform amniocentesis procedures as required • Manage routine vaginal deliveries and low forceps deliveries • Make critical decisions regarding c-section necessity • Perform c-sections, manage breech presentations and multiple births • Handle complicated deliveries including abruptions (preferred) • Repair 3rd & 4th degree lacerations (preferred) • Provide office/minor gynecology services including IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, and LEEP procedures • Must have laser certification • Valid Arkansas medical license required (licensed in AR only) • ACLS and BLS certifications required • Fellowship (1) preferred • Estimated credentialing timeframe: 45 days • Accommodations available at local hotels including Holiday Inn Express • Start date: January 1, 2026 with ongoing assignment duration
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
