Facility Details Licensed Beds: 189 ICU Beds: 12 Emergency Beds: 24 Operating Room Suites: 9 Medical Staff: 100+ active physicians Services Offered: - Cardiology, Intensive Care, Surgery, Orthopedics - Maternity Services, Endoscopy, Cancer Care - Advanced Wound Care Additional Facilities: - Diagnostic Center, Sleep Disorder Center - Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab - Two comprehensive breast centers - Outpatient therapy centers Tennessee-based, not-for-profit health system 11,000+ employees, physicians, and volunteers Patient-centered care with focus on clinical excellence Community – Crossville, TN Located on the Cumberland Plateau Known as the Golf Capital of Tennessee (9 championship courses) Outdoor activities: lakes, hiking, fishing Arts and cultural scene Two nationally recognized retirement communities: Lake Tansi & Fairfield Glade Approximately 1 hour from Knoxville and Nashville TCWD Residency Incentive Eligibility: Residents in primary care (FM, IM, IM/Peds, Peds, OB/GYN) or behavioral health serving medically underserved Tennessee communities Incentive Amount: $105,000 for 3-year residency / $140,000 for 4-year residency Paid quarterly during residency Post-graduate service commitment equal to residency length Available to U.S. citizens or permanent residents
