This facility is a well-respected community hospital offering comprehensive women's health services to Bardstown and surrounding areas. The facility features modern equipment including Epic EMR system, dedicated nursing staff, and provides essential obstetrical and gynecological care in a rural healthcare setting.
Opportunity:
Board Certified - OB/GYN
Job Details:
• Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services with approximately 30 deliveries per month
• Manage labors, deliveries, and C-sections as first-call provider
• Handle patient rounding and management of antepartum triage and treatment
• Respond to ER consults for OB/GYN issues
• Manage maternal hypertension and maternal hemorrhage cases
• Perform gynecologic surgeries including D&Cs, ablations, and hysterectomies as needed based on urgency
• Schedule availability required beginning December 20-25, with ongoing coverage into 2026
• Work with dedicated RN staff on Labor and Delivery unit
• Must maintain active Kentucky medical license, board certification, ACLS and DEA certification
• Clean malpractice history highly preferred
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 60-90 days
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
