Medicus is partnering with a medical center in Des Moines, Iowa, with an opening for a skilled OB Hospitalist to provide locum coverage.
Opening Highlights:
- Schedule: 24-hour in-house call shifts, 7a-7a
- Setting: 8-bed OBED
- Annual Volume: ~1,390 OBED visits, ~460 deliveries
- Duties: OBED visits, emergent deliveries, and patients without a primary OB/GYN; no GYN duties
- Support Staff: MFM on call, residents
- Imaging, lab, and pharmacy onsite
- EMR: Epic
- Board certification required
- Paid travel & expenses
