This established women's center is part of a comprehensive healthcare system providing specialized obstetrics and gynecology services. The facility features a collaborative team of 7 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers, offering a supportive learning environment and opportunities for professional growth within a well-established practice.
Opportunity:
Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Obstetrics and Gynecology
Job Details:
• Full-time (1.0 FTE) position with schedule Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday • Call requirements include 1 weekday (evening/night) per week and 1:4 weekend rotation • Support growth of urogynecology, obesity medicine, and menopause services • Serve as First Assist for OB/GYN surgical cases • Practice includes prenatal and postnatal care, gynecology problem visits, OR surgical assistance, and postoperative follow-up • Work with both low and high-risk obstetric populations • On-site fertility program and urogynecology support • Outpatient schedule of 12-15 patients per day with ability to increase volume as comfort level grows • OR and clinical GYN experience ideal, but new graduates will be considered • Requires Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Practitioner program or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physician Assistant program from an accredited institution • Must maintain appropriate state licensure as NP or PA • Current CPR certification and national certification in applicable area required • Must successfully complete facility credentialing process prior to practice • Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish positive relationships with patients and colleagues
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
