Position Details
- Practice Model:
- Full scope – outpatient clinic, hospital rounding, and surgical work
- Joining 3 other OB/GYNs and full support staff
- Clinic Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Hospital Rounding: 30–60 minutes daily for Labor & Delivery and postpartum patients
- OR Time: Two-hour blocks per day (increasing based on volume)
- Call Rotation: Currently 1:3 or better
- Around 7 call days per month, with about 75% likelihood of being called in
- Deliveries & Volume:
- ~68 deliveries/month
- 2024 total: 638; 2025 YTD: 607
- Procedural Competency:
- Comfortable with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, hysterectomies, and GYN surgery
- TOLAC/VBAC experience required
- Technology & Tools:
- Robotics available
- Ultrasound, NST monitoring, fetal dopplers
- EMR: Athena (clinic) / Paragon (hospital)

- Spacious, private birth suites equipped for comfort and family-centered care, where clinical tools remain discreet until needed.
- Labor & Delivery / Recovery / Post-Partum Rooms:
- 6 LDRP rooms for labor, delivery, recovery, and immediate post-partum care.
- 11 dedicated postpartum/recovery rooms.
- Operative Capacity: Two ORs dedicated to Cesarean section deliveries.
- Neonatal Care: A fully staffed Level II NICU (Special Care Nursery) that handles infants born ≥ 32 weeks with specialized monitoring, respiratory support when needed, and a low patient-to-nurse ratio.
- Staffing & Care Model: You’ll work alongside a team committed to both technical proficiency and compassionate support. Cross-trained nursing staff practicing couplet care - so moms and babies receive seamless, coordinated care together.

Our compensation package can include:
- Competitive base salary plus worked relative value unit (wRVU) production bonus
- Sign-on bonus: $75,000
