OB/GYN Physician Opening in El Paso, Texas H1B and J1 sponsorship available Position Details: * FT, permanent position * Join a growing and well-established practice. * The primary hospital for deliveries, known for its outstanding reputation in women’s services. * Facility features a 144-bed children’s hospital, Level IV Maternal designation, a new 30-bed Level IV NICU, and 24/7 in-house OB coverage. * Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * No hospital ER call – OB Hospitalist group manages OB ED patients * Call for own clinical patients on a rotating basis, with the option to use the OB Hospitalist Group for triage coverage * Group rotates weekday and weekend call * ER call is backup to OB Hospitalist group * Approximately 10–15 deliveries per month initially * Outpatient census: 30–35 patients per day (non-surgery days) * Supported by 18 OB/GYN physicians, 4 Uro-GYNs, and 7 APPs * Opportunity to teach medical students and residents Benefits Details: * Guaranteed salary with production bonus * Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, life, 401(k) with matching, and salary deferment program * In-house billing, coding, and collections * Paid time off for vacation and CME, with CME stipend provided * Malpractice insurance coverage Candidate Requirements: * MD/DO degree * Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN * Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one * Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required Hospital Overview: The hospital is a 218-bed facility offering comprehensive women’s and children’s services. The hospital features a 10-bed Labor & Delivery Unit, three C-section rooms, and a 24-bed Intensive Care Unit. It also includes a 30-bed Progressive Care Unit, a 38-bed Emergency Department, and a third Cardiac Catheterization Lab equipped with advanced biplane technology. The hospital is pursuing Level II Trauma Center designation and provides 24/7 emergency care. With an expanded NICU, advanced maternity facilities, and award-winning stroke and cardiac programs, the Campus serves as a cornerstone of high-quality, family-centered care in Far East El Paso.
