OBGYN Opportunity: About the Practice
Practice Highlights
- FQHC model with OB/GYN integrated into primary care
- Strong hospital partnerships, including collaborative community events
- ~22 deliveries/month per physician
- Level II NICU
- Surgical volume: 6–7 major cases per week
- Robotic-assisted procedures with mentorship available
Schedule & Call
- Call schedule: one day/week and six weekends/year
- Average 35–40 patients/day in the clinic
- Dedicated surgical blocks
Compensation & Benefits
- $425,000 guaranteed base + RVU production bonus + quality bonus
- Total earning potential = $550,000–$650,000+
