Clinical Overview
-
OB/GYN case mix: 60% OB / 40% GYN

Schedule: 1.5 OR days, 2.5 clinic days/week

Annual Deliveries: ~2,389 system-wide; ~300 from clinic

Procedures can include laparoscopy, hysterectomy, ablation, myomectomy, hysteroscopy, colposcopy, LEEP, and urogynecology; additional clinical interests can be explored

Call & Coverage

Flexible scheduling options to include part-time and full-time

Call Schedule: 7–10 days/month

Support from OB hospitalists and midwives for deliveries and emergencies

Collaborative coverage model for work-life balance
Licenses and Certifications

Board certification or Board eligibility as defined by: medical staff at the health system facility where you are working, per employment/IC agreement, managed care plans, and other entities that credential Phoebe providers.
