### OBGYN Opening in Chicago
Located near West Town
Full-time, hospital-employed position
Start date before the Summer of 2026
### Position Overview:
* Schedule: 16–20 hours of general clinical time (≈16 hrs clinic, 3–4 hrs surgery)
* Labor: One 24-hour restricted labor shift per week (post-call day off)
* OB/GYN Mix: Slightly OB-focused, with flexibility to adjust clinic time for surgery
* Average Deliveries: 7–12 per month per physician
* Clinic Volume: ~20 patients per session
* Robotics: Available; experience preferred but not required
* Call Schedule: Generally 1:5
* EMR: EPIC

### Compensation & Benefits:
* Base Salary: $350,000 (two-year guarantee)
* Earning Potential: $350,000–$425,000 with productivity
* Sign-On/Relocation: Available and negotiable
* PTO/CME: Standard system benefits; $3,000 CME allowance
