Job description
This is a rare chance to join a growing, mission-driven OB/GYN team on the California coast — where community impact meets exceptional compensation, beach living, and one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in the state. Due to expansion of services, we currently have three openings for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYNs who are ready to make a real difference for the patients and families they serve.
Compensation & Benefits
The total compensation package here is one of the most comprehensive you will find in California OB/GYN:
- Base salary: $400,000 + per encounter bonus (negotiable)
- Total earning potential: $550,000+
- Sign-on bonus: $40,000
- Relocation assistance: $30,000
- Down payment assistance: $100,000 with a 5-year commitment
- Surgery collections: 30% collections bonus
- Employer retirement contribution: 10% after 1 year
- California loan repayment programs: Eligible — significant student loan relief available
- Licensing and mentorship support provided
- J-1 and visa candidates accepted

This FQHC offers a full-scope OB/GYN practice with the technology and support to practice at your best:
- Full scope: Clinic, scheduled procedures, and deliveries
- Da Vinci Robot — robotic GYN surgery capabilities on-site
- Call: 5 call shifts per month with a post-call day off
- Onsite translators — serving a diverse patient population with language support built in
