Alaska

Clinic Hours & Schedule

  • Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Call Schedule: Up to 10 days per month
  • Average Patients Per Day: Approximately 15

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Competitive $451,000-$570,000
  • Sign-On Bonus / Relocation Assistance: $50,000
  • CME Allowance: $5,000 annually plus 5 days of CME leave.
  • Insurance: Comprehensive medical insurance, dental, vision, life/AD&D, short- and long-term disability.
  • Retirement Plans: 403(b) and 457 plans with employer contributions.
  • Paid Time Off:
    • Vacation: 25 days annually.
    • Sick Leave: Accrued with an IAP plan to supplement.
    • Holidays: 7 days annually.
    • CME Leave: 5 days annually.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Alaska.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
