McLeod Dillon has an urgent need for upcoming OBGYN call coverage. This is an excellent opportunity to provide immediate support in a hospital setting with strong local resources.
Qualifications

Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology – Required

Active South Carolina Medical License

Active South Carolina Controlled Substance and DEA licenses
Assignment Details

Coverage: 24-Hour Call- First URGENT rotation is 10/7@8a-10/10@10a with future monthly needs TBD.

Support: FNP covers office patients. If there’s a case the FNP cannot handle, the locum will be called in. Otherwise, the FNP admits and the locum manages inpatients.

Hospital Rounding: Required daily, including weekends (average 1–3 inpatients per day)

Average Volume:
-
Deliveries: 1–3 per day

NST/Observations: 2–4 per day

Inpatients: 1–3 per day

Labor & Delivery: 4 LDR beds
-
Must be comfortable with vaginal and cesarean deliveries

ED consults for OBGYN patients as needed
-
No inpatient midlevel support
-
Patient Population: Ages 15–70
-
Procedures: Circumcisions not required (handled by Pediatrics)
